S.E. Hall Furniture & Design is a single-maker wood shop located in Gray, Maine. Driven by a passion for the craft, owner and maker Steve Hall specializes in designing and creating custom pieces in partnership with clients. His creative design aesthetic combines with his keen eye for detail to create unique and sophisticated pieces.

Steve Hall is the owner of S.E. Hall Furniture & Design. He is an experienced woodworker with an obsession with fine detail, a contemporary and classic design aesthetic, strong relationship skills that allow him to work well with clients, and a good sense of humor. 

Located in the woods of Gray, ME (30 minutes north of Portland), S.E. Hall Furniture & Design is a robust and bustling woodworking business that has a vision of the potential of future pieces while maintaining the traditions and strength of true woodworking.

Shop & Showroom

S.E. Hall Furniture and design specializes in designing and crafting custom pieces and also sells a line of handmade products. There are a number of ways to procure a piece for your home. If you are interested in working on a custom piece, please contact Steve to schedule a consultation. You are also welcome to visit the shop where you can see some projects in action and browse products for sale in the showroom.

The Yarmouth Clam Festival is an annual summer event that promotes the community and provides opportunities for Yarmouth-based non-profit organizations to raise funds in support of their missions. Admission to the Festival is FREE!

Brunswick Outdoor Art Festival, Brunswick, Maine

Entries are classified in categories and juried by working professionals and/or teachers in the field. A total of 100 + artists will be selected from the top entrants. Each category will be represented to form a balanced show.

Portland Fine Craft Show, Portland, Maine

The Portland Fine Craft Show is free and open to the public, and features over 100 juried exhibitors from Maine and the Northeast exhibiting fine craft in the following media categories: baskets, ceramics, fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, paper, stone and wood, as well as outreach booths featuring New England arts organizations, international artists new to Maine, and schools and guilds by special invitation. The Portland Fine Craft Show remains one of the only Maine craft shows open to artists not living in Maine, and has a reputation for being well-organized and high quality, with high attendance.
